A: It is £2.95 for Second Class delivery and £4.95 for First Class
To see the latest dispatch date estimate, please visit the Roopie’s Rainbow Facebook Group or drop me an email. In stock items are dispatched within 2 working days unless the order also includes an item that needs to be made, in which case all items will be dispatched together.
International shipping will cost more and depends on the country. Please contact me for a quote. I am afraid that I am unable to ship to the US or Canada.
Q: How do I earn reward points?
Reward points are earnt on every purchase. For each £1 you spend you get 5 points. The reward points are applied to your account manually, so this can take a few days. Each point is worth 1p, so 100 = £1. You must be logged in to earn and redeem points, but if you register after your order the points can still be applied to your new account.
Q: How should I wash my Roopie’s Rainbow item?
A:Wash inside out on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees. Tumble drying is best avoided. Reshape whilst damp. 100% Cotton Jersey can stretch whilst being worn, so may appear looser by the end of the day.
Q: Is the organic fabric GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified?
A: The majority of my fabrics are GOTS certified. The rest are certified up to the final stages of the supply chain and come from sources I have researched and trust. They are still organic, but don’t hold the official certification.
Q: What is GOTS certification and why is it important?
A: GOTS certification means that fabric has passed a rigorous set of requirements that are globally recognised. It gives meaning to the term ‘organic’ and provides consumers with confidence that they are getting what they paid for.
GOTS covers the whole supply chain and doesn’t just look at at the content of the fabric. Other factors, such as the environmental impact of manufacture and processing are considered, but even more important are the social implications. Employees are provided with safe working environments and are paid a living wage. There is no child or forced labour.
More information can be found on the GOTS website.
Q: I use disposable nappies. Will Roopie’s Rainbow Leggings fit?
A: The fit of the Leggings has recently been updated to make them slimmer. They are still cut for cloth, but are a bit less baggy, which makes them great for disposable nappies as well.
Q: Are the fabrics exclusive to Roopie’s Rainbow?
A: Some of the fabrics are my own designs, so are exclusive to me. These are labelled as such in the fabric galleries.
Q: Can I ask for any custom changes to be made to an item?
A: Some changes are possible and I’m always happy to discuss options.
